By booking a move with our company, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our goal is simple: provide a professional, safe, and efficient moving experience. These terms outline how we work, what’s included, and what both sides are responsible for.
All quotes are based on the information you provide.
If the scope of work changes (additional items, extra stops, unexpected obstacles, etc.), the final cost may be adjusted.
Any added services, packing, materials, specialty item handling, stairs, long carries, will be billed accordingly.
Time-based moves start when our crew arrives on-site and end when the job is complete.
Some moves may require a deposit to secure your booking.
Deposits are applied to your final balance.
Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless stated otherwise in writing.
We accept major payment methods listed on our website.
Moves canceled within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We allow rescheduling based on crew availability with no penalty if scheduled in advance.
Weather delays or unsafe conditions may require adjustments to your move time for safety reasons.
We move most standard household items, furniture, appliances, and boxed goods.
We cannot move:
• Hazardous materials (fuel, chemicals, explosives)
• Illegal items
• Perishable foods
• Live animals
If you have specialty items, they must be disclosed beforehand so we can bring the right equipment and crew.
If you pack your own items, you’re responsible for properly securing them.
We are not liable for damage to items packed by the customer unless caused by clear mishandling.
Boxes must be sealed and labeled before the crew arrives unless you’ve booked packing services.
We do everything we can to protect your belongings and your property, but accidents can happen.
• Visible damages must be reported to the crew before they leave the job site.
• Hidden damages must be reported within 48 hours.
We are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Items packed improperly by the customer
• Furniture made from particle board or weak materials that fail under normal handling
Any claim will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with Ohio moving regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal access for our trucks and crew:
• Reserved parking if required
• Elevators booked if applicable
• Walkways cleared
• Homes or spaces ready for loading/unloading
Delays caused by access issues may affect your final bill.
Be present or have an authorized representative on-site during the move.
Provide accurate information about the inventory and any specialty items.
Secure valuables (cash, jewelry, important documents).
Disconnect appliances beforehand unless you’ve booked that as a service.
If conditions are unsafe, ice, storms, extreme heat, we may pause or adjust operations. Crew safety comes first. We’ll work with you to complete the move as soon as it’s safe.
Any personal information you provide is used solely to complete your move, communicate with you, and deliver services. We do not sell or share customer data.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonable, including aggressive behavior, hazardous environments, or undisclosed items outside the scope of the job.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. By continuing to use our services, you accept the latest version.
